 DEPARTMENT OF DEFENSE (DOD), BLANKET PURCHASE AGREEMENT (BPA)
 On July 24, 2006, Metrocall Wireless, a direct subsidiary of USA Mobility, the U.S. Army Information Technology. E-Commerce and Commercial Contracting Center – West (ITEC4-West), Fort Huachuca, AZ along with the U.S. Air Force and Defense Telecommunication Services Washington (DTS-W) established the Following BPA agreement number W91RUS-06-A-0009 for Wireless Data Telecommunications Equipment and Associated Services.
This BPA is entered into under the auspices of the Department of Defense Wireless Strategic Sourcing Initiative.

- All Department of Defense authorized purchasers.
- Any Government GPC holder or buyer.
- DOD Government Contractors.
- DOD Telecommunications Services Control Officer (TSCOs) within the National Capital Region (NCR).
